SHOOT SHOOT.

Apparently, this happened on the same day as the previous post lol. Which is last Friday.
During Physics tuition at night, I received a text from Bailey asking me to join my carecell members for laser tag. For those of you who don't know what laser tag is, this is why Wikipedia is created for!
Laser tag is a team or individual sport or recreational
activity where players attempt to score points by tagging targets, typically
with a hand-held infrared-emitting targeting device. Infrared-sensitive targets
are commonly worn by each player and are sometimes integrated within the arena
in which the game is played.
Wah damn confusing right, no? In my own words, laser tag is a fun game where all you need to do is just hold the infrared-emitting targeting device which is also known as a "gun" and just run around and shoot your opponents in the arena! And of course, score as much points as possible in order to win! The more you shoot, the more points you get! Can understand now right? xD
When I got her text, I was a little hesitated to join them. Part of me wanted to go while the other part of me didn't wanted to go. Well, I've always wanted to try playing laser tag when it was just opened in IOI Mall but had no opportunity. At the other hand, it was quite late already that time and I was lazy. xD In the end, I decided to join them.
There were eight of us altogether. Joined them for dinner at Mc Donalds but I just ordered a cup of iced Milo. Some of them haven't eaten their dinner because they came all the way from Subang so they left home early. Then we went up to the Laser Warzone!

We waited outside first after we paid because there was a group of people playing in the arena. When they were almost done, a guy brought us into the briefing room where we were given a briefing on what to do of course.
I thought the guy was going to brief us but he asked us to sit and watch the briefing through the television. I was actually a little confused on what to do, so luckily Caleb.P who was beside me explained to me all the way.

Then, we were brought into a room where there the laser tag equipments are placed. Each of us wore a sensor suit where the gun is connected to it. The gun has a blaster and a shot gun mode. If I'm not mistaken, the blaster mode is used to shoot at a short distance. It also has a mini screen on the gun to view our total points scored.

So how the game goes? First, you will be separated into two teams to compete against each other. My team consisted of five poeple, Christon, Caleb.P, Paul, ME, and a random little boy who joined us because he came alone and has no one to join lol. Of course, you are given a sensor suit and a gun. Once you enter the arena, you are supposed to shoot the sensor thingy on your opponent's suit. Different targets give you different points which I forgot which gives which. xD When your opponent shoots you on your target, you will be untagged which means your gun will be deactivated for about 8 seconds. There is an energy gate where you can walk through it to relive yourself when it turns green. Come to think of it, I never tried walking through that gate 'cause I was too scared to run around lol.
The aim of the game is of course, to scored as much points you can for your team. When you manage to shoot your opponent on the target, there will be a sound coming from the gun indicating how much points you scored. I managed to score 1180 points and to my surprise, it wasn't the lowest score! John's one was the lowest which was 1140. :P Bailey scored the highest which was 2000+. She damn pro weih, all she did was stand at one hiding spot and killed everyone. #likeaboss I should do that the next round, since I damn lazy to run around hahah.

In the end, my team lost lol. Mainly because of the little boy in our team which only scored 480 points. But it's okay, as long we had fun which is what matters most! I'm glad I joined them although I reached home really late that night. I hope we will have another laser tag session soon!
