Banting 2012.

Just came back from Banting yesterday! It was a short trip, 2 days and 1 night. This trip was kinda spontaneous and it was just for fun. Okay not really, it was kinda for my mom too.
For those who doesn't know where Banting is, it is located in Klang, Selangor. It is a 1 hour 30 minutes drive from Puchong.
Our hotel is called the Gold Coast Morib Resort. The hotel is just okay; I expected better. The only thing I liked about the hotel room is the indoor jacuzzi! I never tried sitting in an indoor jacuzzi before; only outdoor / public ones with the aunties. Lol seriously, aunties really do enjoy jacuzzis.
Rough idea on how the hotel looks like.
Closer look of the indoor jacuzzi. :3
Things provided at the washroom. They even provide sewing kit and shaver? Hahaha!
Took this from the balcony.
There's nothing much you can do there actually. It's a 2D1N trip anyway, so what do you expect? After checking into the hotel room, we dumped our bags into our room and got ready for the water theme park. The water theme park is in the hotel actually, no wait, the hotel surrounds it lol. The water theme park is considered small for a theme park. There are only about 5-6 rides? Some can't really be counted as rides either lol. Although the theme park is small, I'd actually had fun with my cousins and my sister! I guess their company was what that matters. :)
P.S Pictures below at the theme park are taken by my mom. Please forgive her photography skills. xD
P.P.S There are only a few pictures because, 1. My mom didn't take much. 2. I look unglam.
Huuuuge slide! We played this the most!
This is the biggest slide! If you look at the picture properly, there are 3 slides in total. The long dark blue slide which is the main one, the light blue one which is a little shorter than the dark blue one, and another dark blue which is at the bottom to your left. The 3rd one was closed though. :(
And I didn't get to sit on these huge slides because I wasn't wearing my swimming attire. -_-
And that were the only pictures when I was not wet and still look okay.
Here comes the unglam pictures.
This bumpy slide is really fun! I think it is for small kids but who cares? :P
Cannot see my face yay.
Can you spot me? I fell on my butt in the pool because it was really shallow and it hurts. T.T
We tried the jacuzzi then and it was so relaxing! How I wish I had one at home. T.T It was so relaxing and I was exhausted and sleepy that I even thought of sleeping inside the jacuzzi lol.
But of course I didn't.
While waiting for the water to fill up the tub. :P
Then, we went down to the beach. If I'm not mistaken, the beach is known as Pantai Morib. We did not play in the sea because we just bathe and we didn't want to get ourselves dirty again. But we sat on the ATV ride! It is a four-wheeler, looks a little like a motorcycle and it is very easy to handle. It was my first time riding it; scratch that, it was everyone's first time riding it lol. Quite fun I would say, especially when it's on the beach!
ATV rides!
We actually spotted a Malay couple having a wedding photoshoot here lol.
We had dinner in the hotel. The food was just okay, never really fancy hotel food anyway. But there was one thing I really dislike, the flies. Annoying little creatures.
That night, the hotel management gave my mom a birthday cake for her birthday was the next day. It is a chocolate cake, filled with chocolate icing and cream at the side. I like the icing but not the cream. Cream cakes are disgusting fyi. Oh, they also gave my mom a teddy bear plushie which I think it will be abandoned by my mom lol.
The next morning, we had breakfast at the hotel again. I have to admit that the food for breakfast are more delicious than the ones for dinner. Then, we went down to the water theme park again to kill the remaining time before we check out. This time, I wore my swimming attire down, so I got to play the super huge slide! It was quite scary leh! It was very dark in the slide; not recommended for people who are afraid of the dark hahaha.
Day 2. #ootd
#armswag ;)
Oh and while we were at the theme park, my sis and I treated my mom for a spa treatment in the hotel as her birthday present. My aunt went along with her. She said it was good, except that the ladies who were massaging my mom and aunt were gossiping all the way which was irritating.
And that's why there are no pictures for the water theme park day 2. Because there was no one available to take care of the camera lol.
Overall, I think the trip was quite fun. Short yet quite memorable. Got to spend time with my family and also with my cousins!
