FELIZ NAVIDAD.

Christmas was five days ago! Every year, my family and I would go to church to celebrate Christmas. And go to church, we did.

I've always loved the spirit of Christmas; especially in church! The decorations, the songs, the ambiance. I don't really fancy the gifts though for I don't usually receive really nice gifts for Christmas but it's okay, it's the thought that counts!

The church actually held a Christmas event on Saturday but I was in Genting, so I missed it. :(

Sat with Becca and Eve that morning. The church provided free breakfast for everyone who came early. I missed out the breakfast for my whole family woke up late. :( I heard that the dim sum was good!

The service started off with the usual praise and worship. There's something about Christmas songs which always makes me happy! Pastor Daniel preached that morning and many came up to accept God into their lives. It's amazing seeing people coming up to accept God. The service ended with more Christmas songs and everyone started exchanging gifts. Received quite an amount of gifts this Christmas which I'm really happy about! I hope the ones who received my gifts are happy too!

With Becca, Eve and Aaron! I look weird but this is my only picture with them.

At night, I attended Jack's Christmas party at his house. I arrived a little late and was accused of not wearing clothes according to the theme. But I was! At least I think.

There were quite a number of unfamiliar faces there. I'm guessing that they are Jack's relatives or probably his friends which I don't know lol.

This top is actually dark blue and a little green but it was see through, so I had to pair it with black tube.

Sat with Woo, Hedy, Wee and Ming Jun for dinner. The food was seriously good! Especially the pasta salad that Jack's mom made. Missed out the turkey for I was too bloated with good food. Even missed out the Oreo cheesecake which they cut after I left. :(

We played a few games after dinner but all the games didn't work out in the end. ._. Moved on to the gift exchange session after singing a few Christmas songs (which sort of failed too haha). Received a packet of Hershey's Kisses chocolates! I'm happy with my gift! Thank you to whoever that gave me this! The girl who received my gift (whose name I don't know. D:) looked really happy with the gift too. Phew.

I didn't have the mood to take pictures that night. Hence, the lack of pictures.

Nevertheless, I enjoyed the party that night! Met two new friends who introduced themselves as TJ and JH (I forgot his name D:). They were siblings and much older than me hahah but they are really friendly people. Found out that TJ is Jack's sister's long-term friend!

On a totally unrelated note, I finally visited H&M in KL!!! I've always wanted to shop at H&M but never gotten the chance to because KL is too far for me and no one wants to drive me to the outlet in Paradigm Mall either. :( Yes, my life is this sad.

#ootd.

Suet Ling and I sort of invited ourselves when Jack mentioned that he was going to H&M on Friday. xD There were 7 of us who went; me, Woo, Suet Ling, Jack, Ming Jun, Han Yang and Zachary. Woo tagged along with us at the very last minute because we made her go hahah. Had lunch at Little Italy before heading to KL. Shared a lunch set with Woo because I heard the portion of the food was big.

Mushroom soup which I shared with Woo. Not bad.

Zachary drove us to the monorail station in Brickfields. It was the first time taking a monorail with my friends! I'm not sure whether I took a monorail to anywhere before because I remember I did sat on something like this when I was little but I don't know whether was it a monorail or a LRT. Still don't know the difference of these two vehicles until today. D:

The trip on the monorail took about 10 minutes. Suet Ling and I were all excited when we stepped into H&M!!! We kept on going ooh and ahh for I don't know how long. Couldn't even decide where to start. xD There were two floors for the females, half a floor for the males and the other half for the kids. Managed to get myself a denim jacket and a sleveless top from H&M. The denim jacket was a little small for me but it was on sale and it was speaking to me, so I had to get it. :P

As girls, we just had to camwhore in the fitting room heh. The fitting room in H&M is huge! Poor guys, they had to wait for us.

Love this dress but I didn't get it. I didn't even look at the price tag, so I just wore it for camwhoring purposes. :P

Please ignore my purple socks. I was wearing sneakers.

Walked to Pavilion to take a break from shopping. Initially, Zachary and Han Yang wanted to have tea at TWG but it was a little pricey for the rest of us so we went to Snowflake instead. I ordered a cup of pearl milk tea but I requested for no pearls. I don't like pearls ok.

Also, I got myself a necklace from Forever 21. Wanted to stay in Pavilion longer but it was late and we had to leave. :( Bought a pouch from Woo who bought it in a set from Typo lol.

Enjoyed my last Friday of 2012! Never traveled so far with my friends before!

Back to a Christmas related post, Soaring Eagles held a youth Christmas party yesterday! There were lots of baked goods for the refreshment. Only managed to try a few for I didn't want to be greedy. :C Love the gingerbread man cookie and the cupcake! Heard that the brownies were really good! All thanks to Kimberly, Eve, Hazel and Nellie who baked them all!

After having all the good food, there was a game session. We were divided into four groups. There were 7 people in my group, Christon (the group leader), Caleb David, Boon Keong, me, Deborah, Deborah's friend (whose name I forgot, omg I'm so bad at remembering names) and Li See.

We played a game which was sort of like the game charade. Each team had to send out one member to act out what the game master tells them too and the rest of the members had to draw out what they think the person is acting. If you draw other items which were not acted out but related to the act, you get extra points. All the acts were related to Christmas. My team did pretty well for that!

For the next game, each group had to stand in this square and protect the Santa in their group. It was sort of like the game, dodgeball. We lasted for 30 seconds in the first round but for the second round, we lasted for about 0.30+ seconds only. Hahaha!

There were more Christmas songs then and Pastor Chris preached that evening. Before the event ended, we played a game of Cat and Mouse! I'm too lazy to explain how the game goes for it was pretty hard to explain. But that was the best game of the event!

Us with Frosty, the snowman! Sorry for the terrible quality. :(

Received a belated Christmas gift from Eve. This is my very first beanie. :3
